Steve Akoni

Steve Akoni has worked in the financial and manpower development sectors as well as administration and management for over twenty-two years. He serves on the faculty of various training and consultancy organizations. He is also the president of Quantum Business School, inspiring the activation of ideas. His personal purpose is to unlock dreams through the application of leadership principles. He serves as trainer and life coach to many evolving organizations and entrepreneurs.

Steve Akoni's primary thrust is leadership development with a special focus on points-men and top associates of organizations. This is reflected in his first book Lean on Me and a new one (in print) Leadership for Associates. His scope also covers spiritual leadership for which he created the platform on which he holds the monthly Prophetic Solutions, an inspirational event where the supernatural power of God is released for personal transformation. He has eight other books in the stable of Prophetic Solutions.

Steve Akoni is a management consultant and trainer turned pastor. He serves as advisor to corporate organizations and evolving entrepreneurs. For many years, he managed an indigenous satellite television company. And as a consultant, he packaged the feasibility studies that birthed one of the most respected news television stations in Nigeria. He serves as consultant advisor to the the public relations organization that holds corporate social responsibility awards in Nigeria. He is a director of the Church Aministrators Society of Nigeria, a regulatory body for church administration in Nigeria. He was once the church administrator for Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos as well the pioneer director of pastoral care.

Steve Akoni's leadership contributions earned him a Fellowship Award by the Shaddaiville Leadership Academy, received alongside the Sierra Leone Ambassador to Nigeria. His dexterity in research methods also earned him the Research Fellow Award of the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA), an international research centre for Africa under the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. He was a Food Technologist by training before he shifted his focus on leadership and personal development.

Steve Akoni has been a regular radio host and conference speaker for years. He has hosted various daily radio programs including the inspirational Devotion at Dawn, the human resource development series – Management Tips as well as Leadership For Associates. He is also a regular conference speaker. Steve Akoni started his spiritual leadership role at Rhema Chapel International Churches as an intercessor and trainer. He was also a pioneer pastor with Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos. He currently pastors First Assembly, Ogba, Lagos, a ministry he started in 2002 after a celebrated leadership exit at Daystar Christian Centre. He lives in Lagos with his two children and his wife, Araba who pastors alongside with him.
